At Mielux, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our honey-infused hair care products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

 

Shipping Costs:

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

 

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
