Shipping policy

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon, and you pay in cash when your order arrives. We do not ship outside Lebanon at the moment.

Delivery options and costs

You choose your delivery option at checkout, and the delivery fee is shown before you place your order.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Please have the exact order total ready, including any delivery fee.

Processing

After you place your order, we may call or message you to confirm it. Delivery times count from confirmation and do not include Sundays or public holidays. During busy periods or bad road conditions, deliveries may take a little longer; we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items are shipped on or after the date shown on the product page. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we may send it together once everything is ready.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with its status. For any question, contact us with your order number.

Address and availability

Please give a complete address and a phone number we can reach. If the courier cannot reach you or deliver, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After that, it is prepared for delivery and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it. See our Return and Refund Policy for returns.
